One of my good friends went to Geno's last night.
Maybe it's time to find out how to make the perfect steak and cheese.
There are only 5 components I can think of to a steak hoagie.
A soft fresh baked loaf of bread.
Seasoned, melt in your mouth steak (sliced? chopped? seasoned with what?)
Cheese (whiz is classic, provolone isn't bad, but is there a better cheese?)
Onions (and no other odd and end toppings, just some well cooked fragrant onions...but sliced? or chopped?)
Hot sauce (the perfect hot sauce, so unbelievably flavorful and hot, but not salty). Or maybe not hot sauce, but some equally great sauce that enhances the flavor of the steak.
