DIARY OF AN ANALYST

This might not look like much, but this is a delicious lunch. 2 lion head meatballs and in-season corn over white rice. There is nothing better than grandma's lion head meatballs, they're so flavorful, juicy, and they melt in you mouth. Corn in-season is so plump and delicious.

I love when I have the home-cooked hot meal to break up my day. I don't understand how people can eat ham and cheese sandwiches all week, but I could I could definitely eat this combo all week (ok maybe not all week, variety is the spice of life).

I wish we had a real kitchen at work. I'd cook every day at lunch.
