The McRib (is back?)

I almost feel ashamed to post about this, but after all the hype this puppy got from my boss, when I saw it on the menu at the airport McDonalds, I had to pull the trigger.

The verdict? If you don't think of what that "pork" might really consist of or think about the crap that you're putting into your body...(I can't believe I'm saying this) it's not bad. I won't go as far as to say its good, but I might go as far as to say that I would order it again if forced to eat at McDonalds.

I wouldn't even think of it as a rib sandwich, but the thick and sweet sauce with a slight porky taste finished with the tang from the fresh onions and limpy pickle is a pretty good combo. If only the patty resembled real meat, I would totally go for this sandwich.

I can feel my arteries clogging and crying.

  3. When I was young and I mean very young when I could eat anything and did not need to worry about my butt I used to eat these like crazy when they were available. Now I say yeah they used to be good but my butt, heart and the health conscious freak that I am today would not let me get near a McD. Although you should try everything once your life as long it does not kill you immediately ;-)
