On the side of the truck it says, "You've tried the rest, now try the best" (or something like that). Unfortunately, any true rib lover would tell you that this was definitely not the best.
The portions are fairly priced but the meat was not tender/falling off the bone and it lacked the nice smokey flavor you look for in a rib. The sauce was decent, but it was just poured on (I prefer some extra grilling post-saucing so that it can caramelize on the meat).
All in all, it wasn't the worst rib I had, but I probably won't visit the truck again.
Let's call it 3 spoons of soysauce.
